Owner led service follow up

Lead reactivation for local service businesses

Request a controlled pilot with up to 25 past quote requests. After we verify your authorization and campaign scope, Core Dispatch follows up under an approved script and sends back appointment opportunities you can review. $0 upfront — you only pay $50 when we book an appointment you approve. If nothing books, you owe nothing.

Operators who care about the lead after the form is filled out

Core Dispatch was built for small service businesses where missed calls and old quote requests still matter. We are not a software demo shop. We focus on the plain follow up work that turns a reachable person into a real appointment.

Our standard is simple: protect the list, call like a real front office, and only count opportunities an owner can review.

Transparent AI-assisted calls. The caller identifies Core Dispatch and the business, stays inside the approved service scope, and honors stop requests.
Clean handling of your list. Your CSV is used for your campaign only.
Owner review before billing. A file upload is not a win. A real accepted appointment is.

A practical follow up lane for quotes that went quiet

Most local companies have old estimate requests sitting in a spreadsheet, CRM export, inbox, or phone log. We use that list to find the people who still want the work done.

1
Send a small list firstThe first pilot is capped at 25 usable phone records.
2
Approve the campaign scopeWe verify your authority, the record source, and the script before any calls.
3
You review the real opportunitiesBilling starts when an appointment is accepted, not when a file is uploaded or a call is made.

Upload up to 25 records

A name and phone column is enough for repermission-only staging. Direct AI voice eligibility requires record-specific consent evidence columns. Uploading it does not start calls.

Export from your own spreadsheet, CRM, booking app, or contact list. The first pilot accepts no more than 25 usable phone records. For direct AI voice review, every usable phone row must include voice_consent_reference, voice_consent_timestamp (timezone-aware ISO format), and voice_consent_source. Missing evidence means repermission-only.
Your list is used only for this follow up work. We do not sell it, share it, or use it for another business.

Small downside, explicit control

1
No setup feeYou owe nothing for review, upload, list cleanup, or calls.
2
Owner acceptance requiredAn appointment is billable only after you review it and explicitly accept it.
3
$150 maximum proof exposureThe first campaign stops after three owner-accepted appointments, even if unused records remain.

What happens after you request review?

Does uploading start calls?
No. The file is staged until authority, source, consent posture, suppressions, service area, and script are reviewed.

How many records are included?
The first campaign accepts no more than 25 usable records.

What if we do not retain AI-voice consent evidence?
The list stays quarantined. We can prepare a separate signed repermission path instead of dialing it.

What counts as an appointment?
A real person requesting the approved service, inside the approved area, with a usable time window, that you review and accept.

What do we pay?
$50 per appointment you explicitly accept, capped at three accepted appointments for the first campaign. Maximum proof-phase exposure is $150. Rejected requests, uploads, calls, and unresponsive leads are not billable.

Can we stop?
Yes. The pilot is bounded, and consumer or owner opt-outs are durably suppressed.

Who sees the list?
The file is used only for your reviewed campaign and is not sold or reused for another business.

First-customer focus: owner-operated HVAC, roofing, plumbing, electrical, and pest-control businesses with older estimates or inquiries they are authorized to review.
